Smoothie time

Hvis der er noget jeg elsker at få om morgnen så er det en lækker smoothie. Min favorit er blandet bær og banan, simpelt men godt!

Nu er jeg endelig kommet hjem til Luxembourg igen. Har været væk i hele to måneder! Det var lidt mærkelig at være tilbage, men hold dog op hvor har jeg savnet mine venner her. Igår mødtes jeg med nogle venner og fik frokost i byen. Bagefter tog vi ind til et tivoli der hedder Schueberfouer som de har her i slutningen af august til starten af september. Det er virkelig hyggeligt, og især om aftenen med alle de blinkende lys og farver!


If there’s anything in the morning I love to get, then it’s a smoothie. My favorite is mixed berries and banana, simple but good!

Now I’m finally back in Luxembourg again. I’ve been gone for two months! It was a bit weird to come back, however I missed my friends so much. Yesterday I met up with some friends, and had lunch in town. Later we went to an amusement called Schueberfouer which they have from end of august until early september. It’s so cosy, and especially in the night with all the lights and colors!

Workout: Arms

Hvordan og hvad bruger du til at træne?
 Jeg har en del apps på mobilen, som har været rigtig gode. Man kan sætte dem til at minde dig om at du skal træne, hvilket jeg føler er hjælpsomt 🙂 Man behøver jo heller ikke at bruge en hel time på at træne hver gang, så hvis man ikke har så meget tid, kan man jo bruge de her apps til at lave nogle øvelser. Jeg bruger også videoer fra youtube. Mine to favorit kanaler er XHIT Daily og blogilates. De er virkelig gode, og de har masser af forskellige workout videoer!
How and what do you use to workout? 
  I have a lot of apps on my phone that’s really good. You can choose to let the app remind you that you should train, which I find helpful 🙂 If you don’t have that much time, you can use these apps to do a few exercises. You don’t have to spend a whole hour every time you workout. You can also use videos from youtube. My two favorite channels are XHIT Daily and blogilates. They are really good and they have lots of different workout videos!

Today I did this workout. I don’t have weights, which annoys me a lot… I usually use 2-3 kg weights, when I’m at the gym, but instead I just used 1.5 L water bottle. I also used the bar for some of the exercises, which weighs 5 kg.
